It is produced for polyurethane spray foam applications, which can be applied with 1:1 fixed ratio polyurethane spray machines by volume. The final product, the foam, has excellent physical properties and is in the B2 non-flammability class according to the DIN4102 Standard. Suitable for attic, wall, wooden ceiling, filling applications. The application density may vary depending on the number and thickness of the applied layers, atmospheric conditions and the application method (horizontal – vertical). In order to ensure a good foam adhesion on the applied surfaces, the surface must be dry, not at very low temperatures, and free from dust and oil. Since it has more than 50% open cells, it is suitable for use for sound insulation.
