NEOTOP PU 640TC
It is a single component, polyurethane based, high UV resistant top coat protective coating material. Cures with moisture in the air. It forms a highly elastic and durable film by adhering perfectly to different surfaces. It shows excellent mechanical and chemical properties, provides high tensile, tear and abrasion resistance. The product contains completely pure elastomeric hydrophobic polyurethane resin and special inorganic additives.
Place of Use;
- Concrete Roofs,
- Verandas and balconies,
- For light roofs made of metal and fibrous materials,
- On bridge platforms,
- On NEOPUR PU 360LV and similar aromatic membranes,
- Protection of polyurethane foam insulation,
- Used as a protective topcoat on the parking lot.

- When applied, there is no room for any junctions or potential leaks. It creates a one-piece cover that does not give off.
- Because it is a pure polyurethane, it can come into contact with water continuously.
