NEOPUR PU 610BT
Definition
NEOPUR PU 610BT is a single component, bitumen modified polyurethane based liquid waterproofing material. Cures with moisture in the air. It forms a highly elastic and durable film by adhering perfectly to different surfaces. The product completely contains bitumen, pure elastomeric hydrophobic polyurethane resin and special inorganic additives.
Place of Use;
- Basically,
- On roofs, verandas and balconies (provided that they are covered),
- On wet floors,
- Horizontally and vertically in building units where the insulation material must show high crack bridging properties
- On cement-based substrates, in very humid closed areas, under tile in bathrooms,
- Asphalt, bitumen felts etc. It is used in waterproofing.
Advantages;
- As it is a liquid material, it is easily applied with a roller; It is not necessary to use an open flame (torch) during application,
- When applied, it creates a seamless waterproofing membrane without joints,
- Freeze resistant,
- Quick cure,
- It adheres perfectly to almost any surface, with or without primer,
- Thermal resistance is excellent; the product never softens,
- Resistant to cold, the film retains its elasticity down to -40°C,
- It has superior mechanical properties; elongation, tensile, tear and abrasion resistance are high,
- Chemical resistance is excellent.
